• We can provide you a quote online without an on-site visit, provided you send pictures or videos and that you understand it might have to be amended once the technician is actually on-site to perform the service you booked.
• If you decide to go ahead with an on-site quote visit, our technicians, aware of the social distancing guidelines, will only need access to the property. We can communicate with you over the phone or email.

For these services, our technicians will:

• Arrive unaccompanied
• Practice social distancing keeping 2m apart.
• Wash hands before, after and as frequently as necessary during the job.
• Disinfect the work area and items it was directly in contact with, such as remotes, once the job is complete.
